HISTORICAL MUSING The July 24, 1919 issue announced the following news item: "The Court has sit, the witnesses have been examined, the decision rendered in the case of the removal of the town of LaKemp. The decision is, that she must move from the way, Mr. Wellingham is hauling the buildings out that no appeal will be made, but in the near future the old town will be numbered with the things of the past, though she has been of great help to the settlers of these parts."
